<br />1. This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of Rea Roach, executrix herein,
<br />there being present Herbert F.Mayer, one of the attorneys for this estate, and upon examination of
<br />the files, the Court finds that said Rea Roach filed her final report as executrix herein on the
<br />0
<br />7th day of May, 1937, setting forth under oath the receipts and expenditures by her made.
<br />2. Upon motion for an order approving said report and discharging said executrix herein, the Court
<br />finds that on the 7th day of May, 1937, this Court made an order setting said report down for hea -
<br />ing on the let day of June, 1937, at 10 o'clock A.M. and that all persons interested in this matt r
<br />appear before the Court to show cause, if any there be, why said report should not be approved,
<br />that notice of said hearing be given to all persons by publication in the Grand Island Independen
<br />for three weeks prior to said date of hearing.
<br />3. The Court further finds that a copy of said order was published as provided therein in the
<br />Grand Island Independent for three weeks prior to this let day of June, 1937f and that no objections
<br />to said report have been filed nor has any person appeared to show cause why laid report should not
<br />be approved, and the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the
<br />expenditures shown therein are proper charges against said estate, that said report should be approve
<br />and said executrix discharged.
<br />4. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said report be and the same is hereby aporoved
<br />and allowed as the final report of said executrix and that she be and hereby is discharged and he
<br />bDnd released from further liability.
<br />5. This cause coming on further to be heard, the Court finds that Ellen Brooks departed this life
<br />on the 7th day of June, 1936, a resident of said Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a last wild. in
<br />;which said Rea Roach is named executrix, which will was filed in this Court on the 11th day of Ju
