That on the 30th day of August, 1935, said <br />instrument to which this certificatd is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the las <br />'will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Martha Ann Sutton,deceased, and the s <br />'was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />!IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 30th <br />day of August 1935. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />::HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D AUG 30 1935 PAUL N.KIRK, COUNTY JUDGE <br />r <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />JIn the Matter of the Estate ) <br />of ; FINAL DECREE <br />?Martha Ann Sutton, deceased. ) <br />Now on this 1st day of June, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Jay A. <br />:Harding, executor of the Last Will and Testament of Martha Ann Sutton, deceased, and upon his peti <br />+for it settlenent of said estate and his discharge, and the Court having examined the records and <br />;files, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to <br />;all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said final <br />;report as heretofore ordered by the Court. <br />;And no one appearing to object to said report, the Court examined the same together with vouchers <br />on file and the testimony offered in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises finds <br />jthat said report is true and correct,in all things, and that the same ought to be allowed and <br />?approved -as and for the final report of said executor. <br />xThe Court further finds that Martha Ann Button departed this life testate on the 19th day of July, <br />,1935, and at the time of her death the said Martha Ann Sutton was a resident and inhabitant of Hal <br />'County, Nebraska. <br />;The Court further finds that on the 27th day of July, 1935, John Sutton, Eveline E.Stevenson and <br />Catherine L.Fitzsimmons filed in this Court their duly verified petition praying for the allowance <br />y <br />?and probate of an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Martha Ann Sutton, de <br />ceased; that the Court thereupon fixed the 21st day of August 1935, as the day for making proof of <br />;said Will and due notice of the filing of said petition, and the time and place fixed for the hee <br />ling $hereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law; that on the 21st day of August, <br />1935, objections to the probate of said Will were filed by Frank Sutton, and the hearing upon the <br />petition praying for the probate of the instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of <br />jthe said Martha Ann Sutton, .deceased, was postponed to the 30th day of August, 1935; that at the <br />#hearing on said date said instrument was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate in this Co <br />as and for the Last Will and Testament of Martha Ann Sutton, deceased, and letters testamentary <br />were duly issued thereon to Jay A.Harding, the executor named in said Last will and Testament, an <br />he duly qualified as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />tion <br />
