<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE SUTTON, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining

<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARTHA ANN SUTTON
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:
<br />I. Martha Ann Sutton, being of sound mind and memory, BLESSED BE GOD FOR THE SAME, do hereby make,
<br />orddin, publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament in manner and form as follows:
<br />FIRST:
<br />I direct that my executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
<br />soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal, and mixed, whether now owned by me
<br />or hereinafter acquired, and wherever situate, to be equally divided between my brother, John
<br />Sutton, my sister, Eveline E.Stevenson, and my sister, Catharine Fitzsimmons, share and share
<br />alike. Provided, however, that the share of my brother or either of my sisters who shall be de-
<br />ceased after the making of this will shall descend to the legal heir or heirs of said deceased
<br />brother or sisters; provided, however, that.any adopted child of any devisees under this will steal
<br />not be considered a legal heir and shall not share in any part of this estate.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby name, nominate and appoint Jay A.Harding of Doniphan, Nebraska, Nebraska, executor of thiI
<br />my last Will and Testament, and ask that no bond be required of said Executor.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of September, 1934.
