<br />On this 1st day of June, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Jay A.Hard-
<br />ing, Administrator of the estate of George Sutton, deceased, and upon his petition for settlement
<br />of said estate and his discharge therein. And the Court being fully advised in the premises, and
<br />Ihaving examined the records and files, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persc
<br />linterested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said final report, as
<br />heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said final report, the Court
<br />!examined the same together with the vouchers on file and testimony in support thereof, and being
<br />;duly advised in the premises, the Court finds that said final report is true and correct in all
<br />{things, and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said administrator.

<br />!The Court further finds that the said George Sutton departed this life on the 18t day of Septembez

<br />11934, and at the time of his death the said George Sutton was a resident and inhabitant of Hall Cc
<br />Nebraska.
<br />!The Court further finds that on the 18th day of September, 1934, Eveline E.Stevenson and Martha
<br />!Sutton, sisters of the said George Sutton, filed in this Court their duly verified petition prayir
<br />that letters of administration may be granted to the said Jay A.Harding in the estate of George
<br />Sutton, deceased; that the Court thereupon fixed the 16th day of October, 1934, as the time for
<br />hearing upon said petition, and that due and legal notice of the filing of said petition, and the
<br />;time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law,
<br />land that on the 16th day of October, 1934, a hearing was had and letters of administration issued
<br />!to Jay A.Harding, and he duly qualified as such administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />;place fixed by the Court of the presentation of claims against said estate, and that the time so
<br />jfixed by the Court has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if
<br />such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims agains
<br />said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George Sutton, deceased, left surviving him as his heirs,
<br />only heirs at law, the following, named persons, to -wit: Martha Ann Sutton, also known as Martha
<br />Sutton, a sister; Eveline E.Stevenson, also known as Arline E.Stevenson, also known as Erline E,
<br />Stevenson, a sister; Catharine Fitzsimmons, a sister; John Sutton, a brother; Lorance Sutton, also
<br />known as Lawrence Sutton, also known as Laurence Sutton, a nephew; Thomas Sutton, a nephew; Mary
<br />Sutton, a niece; John Sutton, a nephew; Frank Sutton, a nephew; George Sutton, a nephew; Eva Sutto
<br />Einspahr, a niece; Thressie Sutton Stett, also known as Thressie Sutton, also known as Thressie
<br />Stett, a niece; Irene Sutton Bishoff, also known as Irene Sutton, also known as Irene Bischoff, a
<br />niece; Cecelia Sutton Penner, a niece; Emma Sutton Hart, also known as Emma Sutton, also known as
<br />Emma Hart, a niece; Hannah Sutton Brock, also known as Hanna Brock, also known as Hannah E.Sutton,
<br />niece; Charlottie Sutton Hart, also known as Lottie Hart, also known as Lotta Sutton,, a niece;

<br />Foley, a nephew; Vera Foley Adams, also known as Vera Foley, a niece; Ruth Foley,Schauff, also
<br />known as Ruth Foley, a niece; George Foley, a nephew; Eva Foley Egan, also known as Evelyn Foley,
<br />a niece; Mary Siefken McCoy, a niece; Hannah Siefken Robertshaw, also known as Hannah Sutton, also
<br />known as Hanna Robertshaw,niece; Thomas Siefken, a nephew; Oliver Siefken, a nephew; Thomas Sutton
<br />nephew; Catharine Sutton Steigelmyer, also known as Katie Sutton, a niece; Mary Ann Sutton Stewart
<br />also known as Mary Sutton, a niece; Nellie Button Kallaher, also known as Nellie Sutton, a niece;
<br />Martha Sutton McCarthy, also known as Martha Sutton, a niece;
<br />all of said heirs are of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George Sutton, deceased, died siezed in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five and the East Ten (10) feet of Lot Four (4) in Holme's Sub- division of Lots Twenty -one (21),
<br />Twenty -two (22) and Twenty -three (23) of Kerr's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />and an undivided one - eleventh (1 /11) interest in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (NJNE ) o
