<br />of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SJNW4) and Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4) and Five 5)
<br />in Section Sixteen (16) Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) subject however to the payment of
<br />Two thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars to Esther Nietfeldt, Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars to Anna
<br />Hargens and Two Thousand ($2,000.00 ) Dollars to Dora Rathman, daughters of the deceased, and Five
<br />Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to Rudolph Stoltenberg, a total of Sixty -five ($6500.00) Hundred Dollars;
<br />all to be paid within one year after the death of said Amelia Stoltenberg, which legacies shall
<br />be a charge and a lien upon said premises until paid.
<br />THE COURT Fi?RTHER FINDS that subject to the life estate devised to said Amelia Stoltenberg and
<br />suktject to the bequests and devises contained in said will, the rest, residue and remainder of the
<br />estate of the deceased was devised and bequeathed to Richard Stoltenberg, Esther Nietfeldt, Rudol
<br />Stoltenberg, Barney Stoltenberg, Anna Hargens, Dora Rathman, Olga Rathman and Clarine Stoltenberg,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED AND THE COURT DOES AWARD the real estate described
<br />herein to Richard Stoltenberg and Barney Stoltenberg, subject to the life estate of Amelia Stolt
<br />berg and subject to the legacies and charges as set out in said will.
<br />THE COURT FTTRTHER FINDS that the legacies of Twenty-five Hundred ($2500.00) Dollars given to Rich
<br />Stoltenberg has been paid and satisfied; that said executrix has properly accounted for all money
<br />and other personal property coming into her hands and. that she be discharged from further acting
<br />herein; that said estate is not subject to inheritance taxes to the State of Nebraska, or the County
<br />of Hall, nor subject to any estate taxes due the United States of America and that all court costs
<br />expenses, executor's fees and attorney's fees have been paid and that everything that should have
<br />been done has been done and it is therefore ordered that this estate be closed.
<br />TT IS F?.JRTHER ORDERED that any claims against the deceased are forever barred and all persons en-
<br />joined Prom filing any claims whatever against this estate.
<br />IT.IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this estate be closed, that the executrix be
<br />discharged and her bond released from further liability.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the legacy of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars given Clarine Stoltenbe
<br />conditionally, has been paid to Amelia Stoltenberg, the duly appointed, qualified and acting guardian
<br />for Clarine Stoltenberg.

<br />OF THE ESTATE OF J.FERDINAND STOLTENBERG, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaini
<br />in said. Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased and Certificate of
<br />Probate is made a part of the Final Decree.
