<br />This bequest is made to him on account of the difference of the improvements upon the lands descried
<br />:in paragraph seventh herein and the improvements upon the land devised to my son, Richard, describ d

<br />FIFTH. I
<br />;Subject to the life estate devised and bequeathed to my wife, Amelia Stoltenberg, in the second
<br />;paragraph hereof, I give and bequeath to my daughters, Esther Nietfeldt, Anna Hargens, Dora Rathmar��

<br />101ga Rathman, and Clarine Stoltenberg, the sum of Two Thousand ($2000) Dollars each, and to my son
<br />'Rudolph Stoltenberg, the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000), to be.paid to them, respectively,
<br />by my sons, Richard Stoltenberg and Barney Stoltenberg, within one year after the death of both my
<br />;wife, Amelia Stoltenberg, and myself, and the payment of which are made charges upon the real estate
<br />;hereinafter devised to my said sons, Richard Stoltenberg and Barney Stoltenberg, as hereinafter
<br />provided.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />Subject to the life estate devised to my wife, Amelia Stoltenberg, in the second paragraph hereof,
<br />I give and devise to my son, Richard Stoltenberg the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of
<br />Section Twelve (12), and the north half of the northeast quarter of Section Thirteen (13), both in
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., also the south half of the northeast
<br />'quarter of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West, and the east

<br />`half of Lot Seven (7) of Roeser's Subdivision of the south half of the northwest quarter, and the
<br />:east half of Lots Two (2) Three (3) Four (4), and Five (5), all- in Section Sixteen (16), Township
<br />j'Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska, charged, howeve:
<br />,with the payment by my said son, Richard Stoltenberg, of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000)
<br />each to my daughters, Olga Rathman and Clarine Stoltenberg, and the payment of the sum of.Twenty-

<br />five Hundred Dollars ($2500) to my son, Rudolph Stoltenberg, such payments to be made by the said
<br />'Richard Stoltenberg within one year after the death of the survivor of my said wife, Amelia Stolte:

<br />SEVENTH.
<br />Subject to the life estate devised to my wife, Amelia Stoltenberg, in the second paragraph hereof,
<br />I give and devise to my son, Barney Stoltenberg the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter,
<br />the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter,
<br />and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter, of Section Twelve (12), in Township Ten (10),
<br />±North, Range Ten (10) Pest of the 6th P.M., also the west half of Lot Seven (7) of Roeser's Sub-
<br />division of the south half of the northwest quarter, and the west half of Lots Two (2) Three (3)
<br />,Four (4), and Five (5) all in Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska, charged, however, with the payment by my son, Bar
<br />;Stoltenberg, of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000) each to my daughters, Esther Nietfeldt,

<br />Anna Hargens, and Dora Rathman, and the payment.of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) to my sod,
<br />'.Rudolph Stoltenberg, such payment to be made by the said Barney Stoltenberg within one year after
<br />ithe death of the survivor of my said wife, Amelia Stoltenberg, and myself, and, until paid, said
<br />sums shall be a charge and lien upon the real estate in this paragraph described.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />Subject to the life estate devised to my wife, Amelia Stoltenberg, in the second paragraph hereof,)
<br />and to the bequests and devises contained in the third fourth and fifth,, paragraphs hereof, I giver,
<br />rdevise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of the property of which I shall die the

<br />Eowner, to my children, Richard Stoltenberg, Esther Nietfeldt, Rudolph Stoltenberg, Barney Stolte
<br />berg, Anna Hargens, Dora, Rathman, Olga Rathman, and to Clarine Stoltenberg, share and share alike.
