<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of Amelia Stoltenberg, executrix,
<br />there being present Arthur C.Mayer one of the attorneys for thisesthteancl- upon examination of the
<br />files, the Court finds that Amelia Stoltenberg filed her final report as executrix herein on the
<br />23rd day of April, 1937, setting forth the receipts and expenditures by her made under oath.
<br />Motion was thereupon made on this day praying for an order directing the approval of said report
<br />and the discharge of said executrix from further acting herein.
<br />The Court further finds that on said 23rd day of April, 1937, this Court made an order setting
<br />said report down for hearing on the 18th day of May, 1937, at 10 o'clock A.M. and that all persons
<br />interested in this matter appear before me to show cause if any there be, why said report should
<br />not be approved, and that notice of the pendency of the said report be given to all persons by

<br />publication in the Grand Island Independent for three weeks prior to said day of hearing.

<br />The Court further finds that a copy of said order was published as provided therein, in the Grand �+
<br />Island Independent for three weeks prior to this 18th day of May, 1937, and that no objections to
<br />said report have been Piled nor has any person appeared to show cause why said report should not
<br />be approved, and the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the
<br />expenditures shown therein are proper charges against said estate and that said report should be
<br />approved.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said report be approved as the final - report of
<br />said executrix and treat she be discharged and her bond be released from further liability.
<br />This matter coming on further to be heard, the Court finds that J.Ferdinand Stoltenberg departed
<br />this life in said Hall County, Nebraska, on the 30th day of July, 1936, and a resident of said
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, leaving his last will in which Amelia Stoltenberg is named executrix, which l�'
<br />will was Piled in this Court on the 17th day of August, 1936, and-after due publication and hearin ,
<br />the same was admitted to probate on the 8th day of September, 1936, which will is in words and
<br />figures as follows:
<br />I,J.Ferdinand Stoltenberg, also sometimes known as Ferdinand Stoltenberg, farmer, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this, my last will and
<br />testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial be first paid out of my
<br />personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder, of the estate, both real and
<br />personal, of which I shall die the owner, to my beloved wife, Amelia Stoltenberg, for the petiod
<br />of her natural life.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my daughter, Clarine Stoltenberg, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500),
<br />subject,however, to the following conditions: In the event that said Clarine Stoltenberg has not
<br />reached her majority at the time of the death of both myself and my beloved wife, Amelia Stoltenbe:
<br />then my executor shall pay the aforesaid sum forthwith: In the event,however, that said Clarine
<br />.Stoltenberg has reached her majority at the time of the death of my beloved wife, then this legacy
<br />shall lapse.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my son, Richard Stoltenberg, the seam of Twenty -five Hundred Dollars ($2500)
