<br />'The Court further finds that the household furniture and Ford Coupe described in the inventory
<br />!herein have been divided by agreement among the said devisees. That all proceedings have been h
<br />in the said estate for the filing and allowance of claims, that a time and place has been duly f
<br />for hearing such claims and due notice thereof given to the creditors of said estate and all claim)
<br />not allowed are hereby barred and foreclosed. That all debts and expenses have in fact been paid
<br />and there remains on hands for distribution the sum of $2268.40.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Charles H.Russell died seized of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described and that the same should be assigned and distributed according to the provisions of said
<br />last will and testament, subject to the conveyances which may have been executed by the said devil es
<br />thereof.
<br />That the said estate is not subject to the payment of inheritance taxes.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of the said Executors be
<br />and the game is hereby, approved and confirmed, and that upon payment of the amount in their hands
<br />for distribution, as aforesaid, to the persons entitled thereto, the said Executors be discharged
<br />from their said trust. That the moneys in their hands, as aforesaid, be, and the same is hereby,
<br />assigned and distributed to the said J.Fred Russell, Maud Vredenburgh, Laura Jennings, Eva Vreden-
<br />burgh and Charles Z.Russell, share and share alike.
<br />The real estate belonging to the said estate, to -wit:
<br />!Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, and the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Nort
<br />!west Quarter, and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 5, Township Il, Range 12
<br />;Hall County, Nebraska, about 100 acres, more or less,
<br />"West Half of the Southeast Quarter, and the East Quarter of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />of Section 32, Township 12,Range 121Hall County, Nebraska, about 100 acres, more or less,
<br />=Lot 4, Block 1, New Addition to Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Hall County, Cairo, Nebraska,
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10),Block Seventeen (17),Original Town, Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />ais hereby assigned and distributed pursuant to the terms of the said last will and testament, and
<br />!subject to the foregoing assignment and all deeds executed by the devisees thereof since the time
<br />of the death of the said Charles H.Russell, as follows:
