Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D MAY 7 1936 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Matter of the Estate ) <br />Of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />Charles H.Russell, deceased. ) <br />Now on this 14th day of May, 1937, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the final <br />account of J.Fred Russell and Charles Z.Russell, Executors of the estate of Charles H.Russell, de- <br />ceased, and their petition for distribution. <br />Thereupon evidence was duly introduced and the Court being fully advised finds that due and legal <br />notice of the time and place of the hearing upon said final account and petition for distribution <br />has been given to all persons interested by publication, as provided by law and the order of the <br />Court. After a full examination of the said final account and upon consideration of the evidence <br />introduced, the Court finds that the said account is true and correct in all respects and that <br />the same should be approved and confirmed. <br />The Court further finds that the said Executors have duly compromised and settled the note and <br />mortgage of Harry Schlund and the note and mortgage of Albert Berglund and wife, pursuant to <br />orders of this Court, and the said settlement is hereby approved and confirmed. That as a part <br />of the settlement of said note and mortgage executed by Albert Berglund and Della E.Berglund, <br />this wife, an assignment has been duly executed and delivered by the said Della E.Berglund, who is <br />one of the legatees and devisees under the last will and testament of Charles H.Russell, to the <br />other legatees and devisees thereunder, to -wit: J.Fred Russell, Maud Vredenburgh, Laura Jennings, <br />Eva Vredenburgh and Charles Z.Russell, all of the undivided interest of the said Della E.Berglund <br />In and to the assets and property belonging to said estate, both real and personal, which assign - <br />ment is on file herein. To evidence the transfer of her interest in the said real estate, the sai <br />Della E.Berglund and Albert Berglund, her husband, have executed and delivered Warranty Deeds of <br />their undivided interest in said real estate to grantees who have purchased the same from the <br />devisees thereof, and the personal property belonging to said estate should be ordered distributed <br />
