<br />to be added to my last will and testament which was drawn for me _ Judge R.R.
<br />Horth.of Grand Island,Nebraska, and which 1.1-eft with him for safe keeping, the date of which I
<br />cannot now recall; that Judge R.R.Horth is now dead and I believe that said will is now with Mr.
<br />Clary, his former partner.
<br />Whereas I bequeathed to my son G ppZe Sherman Denman the sum of one thoudand dollars, and:
<br />Whereas my said son has preceded me in death I hereby revoke said provision in my will and insteac
<br />I hereby give and bequeath the sum of three hundred dollars.to the children of my said son, to -with:
<br />Earl and Phylias and Clifford, or the survivorsof them share and share alike.
<br />Whereas I nominated Jake Lebsack as the executor of my said will and in all probability he will
<br />not be living in the state of Nebraska, so I hereby cancellthis appointment as executor and in hi
<br />stead I nominate and appoint my son -in -law Frank L.Park of Fairbury, Nebraska, and I hereby autho
<br />ize him to sell or dispose of all or any of my real - estate of which I shall die seized or possessed,
<br />at public or private sale, at s.zch times and on such terms as he shall deem best or proper, and
<br />execute and acknowledge all proper writings, deeds of conveyance and transfers therefor. I furthe
<br />direct that my said executor shall not be required to give a bond or other security for the prope
<br />discharge of his duties.
<br />I hereby revoke all former or other wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made in conflict
<br />herewith.
<br />In witness whereof, the present writing, which I hereby declare to be a codicil to my last will
<br />and testament and which I direct to be added thereto, and to be taken as part thereof.
<br />In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 16 day of May, 1936, in the presence
<br />of the undersigned witnesses whom I have asked to become attesting witness hereto.

<br />The foregoing instrument was subscribed, published and dexclared by Zenas H.Denman, as and for a
<br />codicil to his last will and testament, in our presence and in the presence of each b`f us,at
<br />which time we observed him to be of sane mind and fully qualified to execute the same, and we at
<br />the same time, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscril

<br />TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME:
<br />Be it known that on the 13th day of February, A.D., 1937, before me, E.R.Bee, the county judge of
<br />said county of Jefferson, at the county court room therein, the last will and testament and codicl
<br />of Zenas H.Denman, late of Jefferson County, Nebraska, deceased, was proved, allowed and admitted
<br />to probate by me and entered of record in said court.
<br />Now, therefore, Frank L.Park, the executor, having given the bond and taken the oath required by
<br />law, administration is hereby granted to him of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights,
<br />credits,effects and estate of the said Zenas H.Denman, deceased, in whosesoever hands the same may
<br />be found, and he is authorized and required to pay and discharge all debts, legacies and charges
<br />chargeable against said estate, or such dividends thereon as shall be ordered and decreed by the
<br />said county court, and to well and truly discharge and perform all the duties enjoined upon them
