<br />I, Zenas H.Denman, widower, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory_i,
<br />do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is
<br />to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give-and bequeath to my sons, Charles H.Denman, and George Sherman Denman, and my daughter, Daily
<br />Denman Eggers, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000) each.

<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my grandsons, Zenas Beers and Alfred Beers, the sum of Five Dollars (5)
<br />each.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of which I shall die the
<br />owner, to my daughters, Sarah Denman Roush, and Clara F.Denman Park, and my grand- daughter, Edna
<br />Lebsack, share and share alike,
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint Jacob Lebsack, husband of my grand daughter, Edna Lebsack, as executor of
<br />this will.
