<br />iappeared to object thereto, and the court having examined said report, and the receipts filed
<br />therewith, finds that said report is true and correct and should be allowed and approved as the
<br />administrators' final report.
<br />The Court finds that there was assessed against said estate, inheritance tax in the sum of Five
<br />hundred ninety -two dollars ($592.00) and that said sum has been paid by said administrators; that
<br />said estate was not subject to any federal estate tax by virtue of the laws of the United States.
<br />It is therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting
<br />'any claim against said estate.
<br />`It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the final report of said administrators be, and
<br />{the same is hereby approved and allowed, and that said estate is hereby settled and closed and
<br />distribution had hereunder in accordance with the final report, with the exception of the claim
<br />against the School District Number Two, Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, which claim is now
<br />'pending in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />3It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that by virtue of the laws of descent of the state of
<br />'Nebraska pertaining to the descent of real estate, lots Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (19) in Block
<br />Ten (10) Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,did pass and descend, at the death
<br />of the said Arthur D.Baker, in equal shares to Arthur B.Beindorff and Robert W.Beindorff, and the
<br />same is hereby awarded to them in absolute title.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that said estate is hereby closed and
<br />settled; that the distribution of the personal property in the hands of said administrators is
<br />hereby approved as set forth in said report; that the claim against School District number Two
<br />is hereby assigned to Arthur B.Beindorff and Robert W.Beindorff, in equal shares to each; that
<br />upon the payment of the balance due B.J.Cunningham, said administrators will be discharged and the
<br />bond as such will be released, and said estate will thereupon be closed and settled.
