<br />The court further finds that said premises were, through error and mistake included in the inven-
<br />tory filed by the executor in the estate of Honor M.Miller, deceased; that the said Honor M.Miller
<br />did not have any interest in and to the westerly 25 feet of Lot 9 in Block 9 in the Original town
<br />at the time of her death, and that said premises should not have been included in the inventory
<br />s,
<br />filed in said estate.
<br />The court further finds that the final decree heretofore entered insofar as it affects the West
<br />25 feet of said Lot 9 Block 9, is void and of no force and effect and that the said decree conveye
<br />no interest or part of said premises for the reason that said premises did not belong to the said
<br />Honor M.Miller at the time of her death.
<br />It is therefore ordered, considered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the inventory hereto-
<br />fore filed should be amended and should not include the west 25 feet of Lot 9 in Block 9 above
<br />described; that the finding heretofore contained in said final decree was erroneous insofar as the
<br />'same affects the West 25 feet of Lot 9 above described and that the same should be amended and cor
<br />reeted to the effect that the said Honor M.Miller was the owner of the East 25 feet of Lot 9 above
<br />described.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the final decree heretofore entered
<br />be corrected to read as follows, to -wit:
<br />The court finds that the said Honor M.Miller died seized in fee of the following described real
<br />;estate situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The East 25 feet of Lot 9 all of Lot 10, and
<br />westerly 12 feet of Lot 11 in Block 9 of the Original Town of Wood River, Nebraska; Lots 11, 12,
<br />13 and 14 in Block 7 of Dodd & Marshall's Addition to the village of Wood River; the North half o
<br />the Northwest Quarter (NJ NW*) of Section Twenty -five (25) Township Twelve (12) Range Eleven (11)
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, and that the court finds that under the provisions of the last will and
<br />testament of said Honor M.Miller, deceased, all of the right, title and interest of the said test
<br />trix, did pass and descend at her death, to Laura F.Miehael, Lavinia C.Clark, Leah A. Reisland an
<br />Howard Miller, her children, in equal shares to each.
<br />It is further ordered that the former decree is corrected as herein set forth; that the said Hono
<br />M.Miller is found and declared by the court to have no interest in the West 25 Feet of Lot 9 abov
<br />described; that no part of said west 25 feet of said lot did pass and descend under the decree
<br />heretofore entered in said estate.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the said Howard A.Miller is the ab-
<br />solute owner of the West 25 feet of Lot 9 above described and that the title thereto is not affec ed
<br />in any manner by the decree heretofore entered in the estate of Honor M.Miller, deceased.
