<br />Now on this 22 day of April, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the application and petiti
<br />of Howard A.Miller of Wood niver, Nebraska, praying for an amended and supplemental decree in the
<br />above entitled estate, and after hearing the evidence in support thereof, and having examined the
<br />records in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, with reference to the
<br />ownership of the west twenty -five (25) feet of Lot Nine (9) in Block Nine (9) in the village of
<br />Wood River, Nebraska.
<br />And being duly advised in the premises, finds that the allegations contained in the application
<br />and petition of the said Howard A.Miller are true, and that said application and petition should
<br />be granted.
