<br />beloved wife, Amanda Smith, all of my estate, both °re&l and personal of which -I may be possessed.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Amanda Smith to be Executrix of this, my last Will and Test
<br />ment, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, she to serve without bond.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />30th _day of March, 1936, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Stanley
<br />C.Smith, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 23rd day of April, 1936, sai
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the las
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Stanley C.Smith, deceased, and the sam
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now, on this 23" day of April, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Amanda Smith, Executrix.
<br />The Court finds that Stanley C.Smith departed this life on the 19th day of March, 1936; that at
<br />time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hail County, Nebraska; that on the 30th day
<br />of March, 1936, a petition was filed herein for the probate of the purported last will and testa-
<br />ment of Stanley C.Smith, deceased.
<br />That due notice was given as by law provided for hearing thereon, and that the Court fixed the
<br />time for hearing on April 23, 1936, and on said date said last will and testament was offered and
<br />admitted to probate, and letters testamentary issued to Amanda Smith, named executrix in said last
<br />will and testament.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given of the time and place fixed for heariy
<br />on claims, and that said time has fully expired.
<br />The Court finds that all claims and expenses of administration have been paid. That there was no
<br />inheritance tax, Federal or state, to be paid.
<br />The Court, having examined the records and files and the final report filed herein, finds that sai
