<br />xamined same, together with the vouchers attached thereto, finds that said report is true and c
<br />ect in all things, and should be approved and allowed as and for said administrators' Final Report,
<br />Id estate settled and closed and said administrators discharged.
<br />t said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the State df
<br />ebraska or the United States.
<br />IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED ARID DECREED BY THE COURT, that all persons having claims against
<br />d estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are
<br />rever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />state.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Final Report filed herein by Fred Richmond, Earl Richmond and Lee
<br />Richmond be and the same is, hereby in all things, approved and allowed as and for said administ
<br />tors! Final Report, said estate settled and closed and said administrators discharged from any f
<br />ther liability in said matter.
<br />T IS FURTHER ORDERED that the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of her death and herein
<br />ore described did pass and descend under and by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State
<br />)f Nebraska, as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof is accordingly made.

<br />and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, pub-
<br />lish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
