650 <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO. 8427-5 -33 _._ _. _.._ .- .. ... _ .-,... - ..._.. <br />;that I have compared the foregoing copy of Decree entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CLAUS J.I <br />`TAGGE, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is s <br />correct_ transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court <br />of Record hafting a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized tc <br />sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Reco� <br />'of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand Island, this 23rd day of April 1937. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />( SEAL) County Judge <br />Filed for record this 23 day of April, 1937, at 10;00 o1clock A.M. — <br />Register of Deeds <br />0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- <br />,� FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />MARY RICHMOND, DECEASED. <br />On this 23" day of March, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report filed herein <br />by Fred Richmond, Earl Richmond and Lee Richmond, administrators of the estate of Mary Richmond, <br />±deceased, and upon their application for the approval and allowance of said Report, settlement of <br />said estate and their discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein <br />and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: <br />That on the 19" day of October, 1936, Fred Richmond, Earl Richmond and Lee Richmond filed their <br />petition in this Court in which they alleged, among other things, that nary Richmond departed <br />this life instestate on the 15th day of October, 19361 and at the time of her death was a resident <br />and inhabitant of said County and State and was the owner of an estate to be administered in said <br />i County; that upon reading and filing of said petition an Order was entered fixing the time and <br />place for hearing the evidenCO in support of,.said petitionp giving notice thereof to all_persons <br />interested by publishing said notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Inds- <br />pendent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in said County; that said hearing was held, <br />as heretofore ordered by the Court, as by law required, and Letters of Administration were grante <br />to Fred Richmond, Earl Richmond and Lee Richmond, upon the filing of their bond in this Court, as <br />required by law. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by. the Court <br />for filing claims against said estate by publication for three successive weeks in the Grand Is <br />Daily Independent, as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against said estate, no <br />filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are foreoer barred, excluded and <br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />That said deceased departed this life leaving surviving her as her heirs at law, and only heirs <br />at law, legatees, devisees and persons entitled to share in her estate the following, to -wit: <br />Fred Richmond, a son, Doniphan, Nebraska, Earl Richmond, a son, Doniphan, Nebraska and Lee Richm <br />a son, Doniphan, Nebraska, all of legal age. <br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall'County, Nebraska, consisting of <br />real property and personal property, as set out in the Inventory herein Piled, said real estate <br />being described as follows: <br />Lot Five (5) Block Eleven (11), Doniphan Village, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />Pest Forty -eight (48) Feet of Lot Six (6), Block Eleven (11) Doniphan Village,Hall County, Nebra <br />North Half (N *) of the Southwest Quarter (SWJ) of Section Thirty -four (34),Township Ten (10),Ran <br />s <br />�t <br />,d <br />
