<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the court for hearing upon said administratrix' final report; that no objection was
<br />filed thereto and the court having examined the.:same, finds that said report is true and correct
<br />and should be approved and allowed, and said estate closed and settled and said administratrix die
<br />charged.
<br />The court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due from said estate by virtue of the law
<br />of the state of Nebraska, nor any federal estate tax due by virtue of the laws of the United State.
<br />The court further finds that the share of the personal property of said estate of Arthur C.Tagge
<br />was assigned to Christina Preisendorf, and said administratrix is directed to take her receipt
<br />therefor in accordance with said assignment.
<br />It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and precluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the final report of the said Anna
<br />C.W.Tagge, administratrix of said estate be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as her
<br />final r enort .
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the real estate of the said Claus J.
<br />Tagge, to -wit: Lot five in block 10, in H.G.Clark's Addition to the city of Grand Island; The
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 12 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, passed and descended as follows: one- fourth thereof to Anna C.W.Tagge, the remaining
<br />three fourths thereof to Arthur C.Tagge, Albert H.Tagge, Arnold FTagge, Max J.Tagge, Dora C.
<br />Hitchler, Emily S.Ewoldt, and Edith M.Tagge Schmidt, share and share alike, subject
<br />to the homestead rights of said Anna C.W.Tagge in and to Lot Five (5) Block Ten (10),H.G.Clark's
<br />tion to the city of Grand Island, and the said property is hereby awarded to them.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that said administratrix, upon receipt
<br />of the balance of the purchase price of said land from the said Gus Holling, make distribution
<br />thereof as follows:

<br />heirs and the receipt of Christina Preiiendorf, as above set forth, that said estate be closed
<br />settled.
<br />t is further Ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the personal property remaining in
<br />hands of said administratrix, to -wit, the note of Henry Vogt, should pass and descend to the
<br />eirs of Claus J.Tagge, deceased, as follows:
<br />/4 thereof to Anna C.W.Tagge and the remaining 3/4 to the children of Claus J.Tagge, deceased, in
<br />qual shares to each.
