<br />12. That all proceedings have been had in said matter as provided by law, and that nothing remai
<br />to be done in said matter except the assignment and distribution of said estate as hereinbefore
<br />set out.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Account of
<br />said Jessie B.Rettenmayer and Otto Rettenmayer, coexecutors of the estate of Charles O.Rettenmayerl,
<br />also known as C.O.Rettenmayer, deceased, be and the same is hereby in all things approved, con-
<br />firmed and allowed; that the publication fee of $10.70 mentioned herein be paid by said coexecuto
<br />and the balance of personal property set forth in paragraph numbered 1141' hereof be and the same
<br />Is hereby set over, assigned and distributed to said Jessie B.Rettenmayer; that the real estate
<br />described in paragraphs numbered "5" and 116" hereof be and the same is hereby set over and assign
<br />to said Jessie B.Rettenmayer; that all claims, demands allowances and expenses against said estate
<br />have been fully satisfied, and that none of said property is subject to any estate or inheritance
<br />tax under the law; that upon the filing in this Court of receipts showing payment of said publi-
<br />cation fee, and the distribution and assignment of the property of said estate as herein provided
<br />and turning over possession of said real estate to said Jessie B.Rettenmayer, the said Jessie B.
<br />Rettenmayer and Otto Rettenmayer as said coexecutors will be discharged from their trust and the
<br />sureties on their official bond will be released.

<br />of Claus J.Tagge, deceased.
<br />Now on this 13th day of April, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the f anal report of Anna
<br />C.W.Tagge, administratrix of the estate of Claus J.Tagge, deceased, and upon her petition for the
<br />approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and
<br />the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that Anna C.W.Tagge, filed her petition in this Court on the 3rd day of July, 1934, alleging
<br />among other things, that Claus J.Tagge departed this life intestate on the 21st day of June, 1934
<br />being at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant of said County and -the owner of an estat,
<br />to be administered situated in said county, and praying that Anna C.W.Tagge or some other suitable
<br />person be appointed administratrix of said estate; that upon the filing of said petition and order
<br />was entered herein fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of the allegations
<br />set forth in said petition, and giving notice thereof as provided by law; that said hearing was
<br />held as heretofore ordered by the Court, and the said Anna C.W.Tagge appointed administratrix of
