RETTET\1MAYER, DECEASED. ) <br />Now on this f1rst day of April, 1937, this matter came on for hearing upon the Final Account <br />and Petition for Distribution and assignment of said estate, filed herein by Jessie B.Rettenmayer <br />and Otto Rettenmayer, as coexecutors of the estate of Charles O.Rettenmayer, also known as C.O. <br />Rettenmayer, deceased, there being no objections thereto on file, Alvin B.Lee, attorney for said <br />estate was duly sworn on`testified. Whereupon the Court being fully advised in the premises on <br />consideration of the evidence and the files in said matter finds: <br />1. That due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said Final Account and Petition <br />has been given to all persons interested in said estate as provided by law. <br />2. That the allegations and statements contained in said Final Account and Petition are true and <br />correct, and said Final Account is hereby in all things approved, confirmed and allowed. <br />3. That said deceased departed this life on the 10th day of September, 1936, and on the 20th (?ay <br />of October, 1936, his Last Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate and the said Jessie B. <br />Rettenmayer and Otto Rettenmayer was duly appointed coexecutors of said estate, and have been the <br />duly appointed, qualified and acting coexecutors of said estate since that time. <br />4. That there is now in the hands of said coexecutors for distribution the following described <br />personal property, to -wit: <br />Stock of goods wares and merchandise and manufactured articles located in the store building <br />situated on the East one -half of Lot 20, Block 7 of the Original Town of the Village of Arcadia, <br />Valley County, Nebraska. <br />Office and stare fixtures in said building, together with safe, scales, typewriter,adding machine <br />and cash register. <br />Bank deposit of $140.88 in First National Bank, Arcadia, Nebraska. <br />Cash from Fred Rettenmayer Estate in the sum of $48.65 <br />Promissory note with E.C.Baird and Ella Baird as makers, An the sum of $2000.00 dated January 2, <br />1934, due January 2, 1939, interest at 6% from date and 10% after maturity. <br />Promissory note of Mads Madsen and Minnie Madsen as makers, in the sum of $1500.00, dated March 1, <br />1934, due March 1, 1939, interest at 6% from date and 10,% after maturity. <br />Promissory note with Hans Schmidt.as maker, for $56.97, dated July 23, 1935, <br />interest at 6% after maturity. <br />due March 1, 1936, <br />
