<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />First: That Dora Lucks departed this life on the 21st day of-September, 1936, in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, intestate, and at the time of her death she was a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and that said deceased left no last will and testament.
<br />Second; That on the 19th day of October, 1936, Carl E.F.Lucks, husband of said Dora Lucks, de-
<br />ceased, filed in this Court a petition praying for the appointment of Ella E.G.Lucks as administrs
<br />trix of the estate of said deceased; that on said 19th day of October, 1936, an order of this
<br />court was made therein, assigning the 12th day of November, 1936, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County
<br />Court Room in said County, as the time and place for hearing said petition and ordering that notce
<br />be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing a notice of said order in the
<br />Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said county, for three successive weeks
<br />prior to said day of hearing and it appears by proof on file that notice of said hearing was giver
<br />as ordered by this Court.
<br />Third: The court further finds that Ella E.G.Lucks named in said petition was, upon her giving
<br />bond in the sum of $100.00, as ordered by this Court, appointed administratrix as prayed; the
<br />Court further finds that the deceased at the time of her death was a resident of Hall County,.
<br />Nebraska, and that she left the following heirs at law; Carl E.F.Lucks, her widower, Ella E.G.
<br />Lucks, a daughter, Olga Ehlers, a daughter, and Henry Lucks,_ a son, all over the age of 21 years.
<br />Fourth: That on the 12th day of November, 1936, an order of this court was made allowing credi
<br />three months in which to file -their claims against said estate and the administratrix one year in
<br />which to settle said estate, from the 8th day of December, 1936, and further ordering that a noti�e
<br />of the same be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulal
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, three successive weeks prior to Esaid 8th day of December, 1936, and it
<br />appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.
<br />Fifth: The Court further finds that on the 12th day of November, 1936, the said Ella E.G.Lucks as
<br />administratrix filed in Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according toy
<br />said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit
<br />An undivided one -third interest in Lot Eight (8) in Block Seven (7) in Windolph's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, by virtue of a deed recorded in
<br />Book 63 of Deeds at Page 442 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Sixth: The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution, said
<br />property descends as follows, to -wit: An undivided one -third (113) interest to Carl E.F.Lucks,
<br />an undivided two- ninths (2/9) interest to Ella E.G.Lucks, an undivided two-ninths (219) interest
<br />to Olga Ehlers; and an undivided two - ninths (219) interest to Henry Lucks.
<br />Seventh: The Court further finds that no claims have been filed against this estate within the
<br />time fixed by the Court herein and that any claims outstanding against said estate, if any there
<br />be, are hereby barred and enjoined from collection from and out of this estate.
<br />Eighth: The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate the costs of
<br />administration and the statutory exemptions allowed the heirs at law in said estate, that there iE
<br />due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, no sum whatsoever as inheritance
<br />tax in this estate and the same is subject also to no inheritance tax in favor of the United States
<br />of America.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the administr
<br />in said estate ba and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; further that Carl E.F.Lucko,
<br />husband of said Dora Lucks, deceased, and Ella E.G.Lucks, a daughter, Olga Ehlers, a daughter,
<br />and Henry Lucks, a son are all and the only heirs at law of said deceased, and that the property
<br />described in paragraph Fifth hereof descends according to the laws of de
