<br />R.S.Wenger, Administrator, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed, in all things, said
<br />Administrator discharged, and the sureties released on his official bond as such Administrator.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT THAT the real estate, hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed, owned by said decedent at the time of his death, did pass and descend under and by virtue
<br />of the Statutes of descent of the State of Nebraska to the heirs of said decedent as hereinbefore
<br />found by the Court, and distribution thereof is hereby made.

<br />At a session of the County Court held in and for Hall County, Nebraska, the 30th day of March,
<br />i 1937, there being present Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />Be it remembered, that on the 8th day of March, 1937, Ella E.G.Lucks, as administratrix of the
<br />estate of Dora Lucks, deceased, filed in this court her final accounting as such administratrix

<br />and a petition that said account be allowed, for a decree of heirship and a final settlement heron
<br />and her discharge.
<br />For these purposes, the 30th day of March, 1937, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in
<br />said County, was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account; that it alas ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate by publishing a notice of said order in the Grand Island Inde-
<br />pendent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in Hall County Nebraska, three successive
<br />weeks_prrior .to said day of herein and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given
