<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />;WILLIAM OTTO, deceased. )
<br />'This matter coming on this day to be heard, there being present Arthur C.Mayer, attorney for this
<br />estate, and there being no objections on file to the adoption of said report, the Court finds that
<br />said report is true and correct, that the same has been a.cceptea and approved by the heirs of
<br />William Otto, deceased, having an interest in this estate, who have acknowledged receipt in full
<br />of their respective shares and have joined in the request of the administratrix, Martha Otto, that
<br />said estate be closed and she be discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that William Otto departed this life on the 18th day of November, 1927,
<br />intestate, a resident of said Hall (bounty, and that his widow, Martha Otto, applied to this Court
<br />for administration which, after due notice given, was granted on the 30th day of December, 1927,
<br />and she thereupon qualified and entered upon the duties of that office; that the deceased was
<br />seized in fee simple of the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hundred Forty -three (143) of Union Pacific Railway Company'e
<br />Second Addition to Grand Island, and its complement fractional Lot Eight (8) in Block Eleven (11)
<br />in Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island;
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block One Hundred Twenty -nine (129) in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second
<br />Addition to Grand Island.
<br />Fractional Lot One (1) in Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, all in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That on or about the 5th day of January, 1928s this Court made and entered and order directing
<br />that all persons having claims against said estate, shall file and make proof of the same on or
<br />before the 7th day of May, 1928; that a notice of said order was published in The Grand Island
<br />Herald, a legal newspaper published in said Hall County, for four consecutive weeks and that
<br />fall claims filed have been paid and that there are no unpaid claims outstanding against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that Charles Otto, one of the heirs of the deceased, entered into an
<br />agreement with the said administratrix and with his co -heirs and for a valuable consideration, di
<br />remise, release and relinquish all of his interest in said estate of whatever nature, kind or de
<br />cription and that he has no further rights or interest in said estate or any part thereof.
<br />The Court further finds that the heirs at law and only heirs at law of the said William Otto are
<br />Martha Otto, his widow, Charles Otto, a son, Augusta Darling, frequently known as Guste Darling,
<br />Clara Bitner, Martha Brannan, Dora Feehtner, Mary Daberkow and Anna Blauhorn, his daughters, all
<br />of whom at the time of the decease of said William Otto, were over the age of twenty -one years,
<br />and that said Martha Otto was not the mother of all of the children of the deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that William Otto died seized of an estate of in-
<br />heritance in fee simple in
<br />Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Block One Hundred Forty -three (143) of Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to Grand Island and its complement fractional Lot Eight (8) in Block Eleven (11)
<br />in Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block One Hundred Twenty -nine (129) in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second
<br />Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Fractional Lot One (1) in Capitol Hill Addition to City of Grand Island, all in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />that he died intestate and that said premises descended as follows;
<br />To Martha'Otto a one - fourth (1/4) share; the rest residue and remainder descended to Charles Otto,
<br />Augusta Darling, frequently known as Guste Darling, Clara Bitner, Martha Brannan, Dora Fechtner,
<br />Mary Daberkow and Anna Blauhorn, share and share alike and that said Charles Otto has remised,
<br />released and relinquished all his rights in said premises; that all court coats and attorney's
<br />fees have been paid and that said estate is not subject to inheritance taxes under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, nor inheritance taxes under the laws of the United States and that said adminis
