<br />IThe Court finds that Mercer Mattes Coates also known as Mercer Coates, died on the 3d day of
<br />February, 1936; that a petition was filed herein offering for probate a document purporting to be
<br />the last will and testament of said Mercer Mattes Coates, that a time was fixed, as by law provide
<br />for hearing upon said petition. That on the 12th day of March, 1936, hearing was had on said
<br />petition, and said document was admitted to probate and allowed as the last will and testament of
<br />Mercer Mattes Coates, deceased.
<br />That all claims filed have been paid and that the time for filing claims has expired.
<br />That said Mercer Mattes Coates died seized of the following described real estate: the northerly
<br />forty -four feet of Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Eight (108) in Railroad Addition to the city
<br />of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, which said real estate, under the last will and lteata-
<br />ment, passed and descended to Eleanor Coates.
<br />That said Mercer Mattes Coates was also the owner at the time of his death of the following de-
<br />scribed personal property: 10 shares of stock in The Grand Island National Bank of Grand I "bland,
<br />Nebraska, Certificate No. 196, and 63 shares Anaconda Copper Mining Company stock, Certificate
<br />F721,150, for 22 shares, and Certificate No. F715131 for 41 shares, all of which passed to said
<br />Eleanor Coates under said last will and testament.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims, if any there be,
<br />against the estate of Mercer Mattes Coates, deceased, not filed herein, are forever barred.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that said Eleanor Coates, executrix, be and she is hereby,
<br />authorized, empowered, and directed to assign and deliver to Eleanor Coates the following describe
<br />stocks: 10 shares of stock in The Grand Island National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, evidenced
<br />by Certificate No. 196,41*.shar:es Anaconda Copper Mining Company stock., evidenced by Certificate
<br />No. F 715131, and 22 shares Anaconda Copper Mining Company, stock, evidenced by Certificate No.
<br />721150.
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax and that the court costs and attorney4s
<br />fees have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that said final report is true and correct, and the same is hereby allowee
<br />as and for the final report of said Executrix, and she is hereby discharged as executrix and re-
<br />leased from her bond.

<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
