<br />The Last Will of Mercer Coates.
<br />I, Mercer Coates, of Grand Island, make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills by me
<br />made.
<br />I appoint my dearly beloved.wife Eleanor Coates executrix of this will and provide she need give
<br />no bond.
<br />After payment of my just debts and the expense of probating this will and administering my estate,
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal or mixed, wherever the same may be
<br />situate, to my said wife Eleanor Coates a;d to her heirs forever.
<br />Done at Grand Island this 9" day of September, 1931.
