<br />(That the said deceased left no other child or children, nor any child or children of any deceased]
<br />child surviving; that all of said children were at the time of the death of the said deceased, an�
<br />now are, of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that the petitioner Eunice Jarvis is the owner of an undivided interest
<br />in said real estate as alleged in said petition filed herein, and as one of the heirs at law of
<br />the said Mina Sutton Jarvis, deceased.
<br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY the Court that the facts herein set forth are judicially
<br />established as true; that the said Mina Sutton Jarvis died intestate as aforesaid being the owner
<br />of an undivided One- El.ghty- eighth (1/89) interest in said real estate; that her death took place
<br />more than two years prior to the commencement of this proceeding, and that no proceeding has been
<br />had for the administration of her estate in the State of Nebraska, and that all her undivided
<br />interest in the real estate hereinbefore described is hereby assigned and set over to the said
<br />heirs at law in equal shareef to -wit:
<br />Arthur CLotie Jarvis, aurviving husband,
<br />Eunice Jarvis, a daughter
<br />Eldon Jarvis, a son,
<br />as of the time of the death of the said Mina Sutton Jarvis, deceased.

<br />This cause came on for hearing upon the application of Ammon H.Wicker for a finding as to the
<br />sole and only heirs at law of Mary F.Wicker, deceased,
<br />The Court finds that the sole and only heirs at law of Mary F.Wicker at the time of her death
<br />were the following:
<br />Ammon H.Wicker, a son, age 59 years,
<br />Caroline B.Veeder, a daughter, age 39 years,
<br />Kenneth Earl Wicker, a son, age 6 years,
<br />John Wicker, also known as John C.Wicker, a son, age 43 years,
<br />that the husband of said Mary F.Wicker preceded her in death.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, 'ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the sole and only heirs at
<br />law of Mary F.Wicker, deceased, at the time of her death were the following: Ammon H.Wicker, a
<br />son, Caroline B.Veeder, a daughter, Kenneth Earl Wicker, a son, and John Wicker (also known as
