THE AUGU$TINE CO. 84217'5:33__„ <br />�g <br />11 <br />r This matter coming on further to be heard,the Court finds that Wilhelm Stuhr departed this life <br />3 <br />on the 12th day of August,1936,testate,a resident of said eounty,leaving a last will and codicil <br />thereto annexed,in which Augusta Stuhr is named executrix,which will and codicil thereto annexed <br />were filed in this Court and offered for probate on the 28th day of August,1936,and after order <br />made and due and legal publication had,said instrument was admitted to probate in this Court on <br />the 22nd day of Septemb er,193�6,whioh will and codicil thereto annexed are in words and figures as <br />follows,to -wits <br />The Last Will of Wilhelm Stuhr <br />I,Wilhelm Stuhr,of Grand Island,make this my last will,hereby revoking all former wills. <br />I appoint my wife Auguste Stuhr executrix of this will without bond. <br />All my debts,funeral expenses and costs of administering my estate shall be paid out of my per <br />al property. <br />All my personal property I give and bequeath to my wife to be her own forever subject to payment <br />of my debts. <br />All my real estate in Hall County,Nebraska,I give and devise to my wife Auguste Stuhr,to her and <br />to her heirs forever. <br />My real estate situated in Merrick County,Nebraska,I give to my said wife for the term of her <br />natural life and at her death the same shall go to my daughter Clara Peters and to her heirs f <br />Done at Grand Island the 11th day of MarchiA.D.11925 <br />Wm.Stuhr <br />The foregoing was at the date thereof signed sealed published and declared by said testator as <br />`for his last will in our presence and we in his presence and at his special request and in the <br />presence of one another have signed our names as witnesses hereto. <br />Vera Meyer <br />H.P.Zieg <br />A.C.Mayer <br />CODICIL <br />I,Wilhelm Stuhr make this a codicil to my last will,that is to say I hereby ratify and confirm my <br />!will of March 1101925,but do hereby provide that in the event that my wife and daughter Clara <br />Ishould find it advisable to sell my real estate in Merrick Co.Nebraska,that they may sell and <br />;pose of said premises,and in such event that out of the proceeds thereof my wife shall take and <br />i <br />receive two thousand dollars in cash or its equivalent and my said daughter shall have the balanc4 <br />of the net proceeds from the sale of said premises.My wife shall take her said,--,share as her full <br />Ishart <br />e in said premises,both under this will and under the laws of Nebraska. <br />Done this 30th day of March,1936. <br />ft.
