<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />to the matter of the Estate ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />of Clea ntha A.Underwood, deceased.
<br />Now on this 21 day of January, 1905, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Columbus C.Christopher, Administrator of the estate of Cleanther A.Underwood, deceased, and it
<br />appearing to the satisfaction of the court that all persons interested in said estate have been
<br />duly notified by publication, and no one appearing to object, and after a full examination of sal
<br />account the court finds that the same is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and
<br />allowed.
<br />The court finds that due and legal notice was given all persons of the time allowed and place
<br />appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed has fully expired; that
<br />all claims filed against said estate, and allowed by tiie court, have been paid and satisfied;
<br />that all claims and demands not filed are forever barred.
<br />The court finds that the said Cleantha A.Underwood was, at the time of her death, the owner of
<br />the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty -eight (29), in Township Nine (9), in
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M.
<br />The court further finds that the said Clea ntha Underwood, deceased,, left surviving her as her
<br />heirs at law, and only heirs at law, the following named persons, to -wit: Frank G.Underwood,
<br />Hale L.Underwood, Charles G.Underwood, Mary L.Summers, Clifford Underwood and Fred M.Underwood,
<br />her children; that she died intestate; and that under the laws of the State of Nebraska, the
<br />above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the time of her death to the
<br />aforesaid Frank G.Underwood, Hale L.Underwood, Charles G.Underwood, Mary L.Summers, Clifford
<br />Underwood and Fred M.Underwood, in equal shares, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />The court finds that the administrator has collected the sum of $797.35 and paid out the sum of
<br />$564.71, and that there remains a balance in his hands of 1232.64 which sum is to be equally
<br />distributed among the heirs of said estate.
<br />It is therefore Ordered that the account of the Administrator be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust upon his filing hereir
<br />vouchers showing the distribution of balance in his hands.
<br />It is adjudged that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demanc
<br />against said estate.
<br />And it is Ordered and considered that the above described real estate did pass and descend at the
<br />death of the said Clea ntha A.Underwood to the said Frank G.Underwood, Hale L.Underwood, Charles C
<br />Underwood, Mary L.Summers, Clifford Underwood and Fred M.Underwood in equal shares and in ab-
<br />solute title subject only to existing incumbrance, if any thereof.
