<br />In the Matter
<br />of the
<br />Estate of Anna Holling,
<br />Deceased.
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now on this 4th day of March, 19371 this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report of Alvins
<br />Holling and Hattie Holling, Administratrices, and the Court after having examined the records and
<br />files, finds that said Final Report is in all things true and correct; that the heirs at law have
<br />received their distributive share and that the Administratrices have therein accounted for all
<br />the assets of the estate of Anna Holling which have come into their possession or knowledge.
<br />The Court further finds that Anna Holling departed this life at her residence in,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 16th day of May, 1936; that she was immediately preceding her death a resident
<br />and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that she left no last will and testament; that she left
<br />her surviving no husband, and the following named children all of whom are of lawful age;
<br />Emil Holling Hattie Holling
<br />Gus Holling John Holling
<br />Rosa Luebs Alvina Holling
<br />The Court further finds that there are no children the issue of any deceased child, and that the
<br />sole and only heirs at law of the said Anna Holling are as above set forth.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims against the estate of the said Anna Holling, if any such
<br />there be, have been paid in full; that the time fixed by statute and order of this court for the
<br />filing of claims has passed and that no claims have been filed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims not on file in this
<br />estate be and the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Anna Holling was at the time of her death the owner of the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Four (4), First Addition to Mood River,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which was at the time of her death the home and homestead of the said Anna Holling.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that on the death of the said Anna Holl
<br />the title to said Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Four (4) First Addition
<br />to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend by operation of law to her children,
<br />who are her sole and only heirs at law, to -wit: Emil Holling, Gus Holling, Rosa Luebs, Hattie
<br />Holling, John Holling and Alvina Holling, share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to either to State Inheritance tax or
<br />Federal Estate tax; that the expense of administering the estate and the court costs have been pal
<br />in full.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said estate be and the same is
<br />hereby closed, the said Hattie Holling and Alvina Holling are hereby discharged as Administratrice
<br />and their bondsman released.
