<br />that said executrix has paid the distributive shares to each of the respective legatees and heirs
<br />in said Last Will and Testament provided and that the receipts for said distributive shares have
<br />en filed by her, and that there remains nothing further for distribution in her hands.
<br />e Court further finds that neither the said estate, nor the share of any legatee, is subject to
<br />y inheritance tax.
<br />e Court further finds that the said executrix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased, the
<br />debts due against the estate, the costs of this proceedings and all claims provided for in said
<br />Last Will and Testament, and that said executrix has performed all and singular, every condition
<br />and request contained in the the Last Will and Testament of the said A.L.Joseph, deceased, and that
<br />no money remains in her hands as such executrix, and that said estate should be closed and the
<br />executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of the said
<br />Meta W.Frederking, executrix of the said Last Will and Testament of the said A.L.Joseph, deceased,
<br />be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report, and the said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed and the executrix discharges and her bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Henry J.Joseph, Sophia M.Loescher
<br />and Meta W.Frederking are the owners in fee simple, share and share alike, of Lot Nine (9) in
<br />Block Twenty -eight (29) Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebra
<br />Subject to the said three (3) legatees and devisees paying to F.J.Joseph, father of the said A.L.
<br />Joseph, deceased, interest due from year to year on a note given by the said A.L.Joseph in his
<br />life time to the said F.J.Joseph.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, by the Court that the said Meta W. Frederking, execu-
<br />trix, has paid all distributive shares, claims, debts and expenses of administering said estate,
<br />and that there is nothing due and owing from said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the estate of A.L.Joseph, deceased,
<br />be closed and the executrix discharged and the bond cancelled.
