<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF A.L.JOSEPH
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:

<br />I, A.L.Joseph, being of sound and disposing mind and considering the uncertainty of this life, do
<br />hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I order and direct that all of my just debts be paid as soon after my decease as possible.
<br />SECOND.
<br />Not unmindful of my father's rights, but feeling that he has heretofore declared himself to be
<br />relieved of responsibilities, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, real, personal or
<br />mixed, to my brother, Henry J.Joseph of Palmer, Nebraska, Meta W.Frederking of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and Sophia M.Loescher of Grand Island, Nebraska,-share and share alike.
<br />However, I require that my three legatees and devisees pay the interest due from year to year
<br />on a note given to my father, 'in equal amounts.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate my sister, Meta W.Frederking, executrix of this my last Will and Testament,
<br />hereby revolting any and all former wills made by me.
<br />In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name at Grand Island, Nebraska this 12th day
<br />of February, 1934.

<br />This instrument was on the day of the date thereof signed, published and declared by the tettator,
<br />A.L.Joseph, to be his last Will and Testament in our presence and in the presence of each of us,
<br />and we, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribe(
