The court further finds that said M.E.Patterson died testate, a resident of Pottawattamie Count , <br />1correct <br />and <br />should be allowed and approved. <br />�2. The <br />s <br />court <br />further finds from the proofs on file herein, that legal notice as by law and the <br />order of this court required has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of th <br />time and place for filing same; that the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired; that no <br />claims have been filed or allowed against said estate and that all persons having unfiled claims <br />against said estate, if any there be, are forever barred and precluded from making claim thereon, <br />and all such unfiled claims and debts, if any, are barred and precluded; that said estate tend the <br />succession thereto are not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska <br />or to any Federal estate tax. <br />3. The court further finds that said M.E.Patterson died testate, a resident of Pottawattamie Count , <br />
