<br />I have purposely omitted any provision for Robert Patterson, the adopted son of my deceased son,

<br />This will has been carefully planned by me and it is my deliberate judgment that all its provision
<br />are wise and just and that the plan as a whole will prove beneficial and satisfactory to my wife
<br />and family. It is, therefore, my desire that my wife assent to this will and co- operate with
<br />this plan which, I am confident, will work to the advantgage and welfare of herself and of the
<br />amily.

<br />annual compensation, payable annually, equal to one -half of one per cent (2 of 1 %) of the reasons
<br />market value of the Trust Estate, provided, however, that such annual charge shall in no event be
<br />less than Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00).
