<br />and said estate are not subject to inheritance taxes on the part of said Hall County or State
<br />of Nebraska, nor for said estate subject to estate taxes due the United States of America, and
<br />that all court costs, expenses, executors and attorney's fees have been paid and that everything

<br />I, M.E.Patterson,, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind, revoking all my
<br />former wills and codicils, declare this to be my last will.
<br />1.
<br />I direct that all my just debts be paid, including my funeral expenses and the doctor's bills
<br />Incurred in my last illness.
<br />11.
<br />I direct that a marker be placed at my grave, the inscription on same to read as follows:
<br />')'Father" (Blue Valley Division 0. R. C. 343).

<br />I give and devise to my beloved wife, Dora A.Patterson, should she survive me, all my household
<br />furniture; and I direct my Executors to pay to my wife, Dora A.Patterson, Fifty Dollars ($50.08)
<br />per month for her care and support during the year of administration.
<br />1V.
<br />After complying with the terms of the preceding paragraphs and paying the costs of administratio
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of the property of which I die
<br />seized or entitled to, of whatever character, whether real, person -- or mixed, and wherever
<br />located, to the City National Bank, Council Bluffs, Iowa, in trust, said trust to be administere
<br />as hereinafter provided.
