<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the final report of the executrix herein, there
<br />being present Herbert F.Mayer, one of the attorneys for the estate, and upon examination of the
<br />files, the Court finds that Margaretha Baumann, the duly appointed, qualified and acting executri)
<br />filed here final report in this Court on the 27th day of January, 1937► showing that all personal
<br />property has been disposed of, thereupon this Court made an order for hearing said final report
<br />on the 23rd day of February, 1937, at 10 o1clock A.M., which order was published once a week for
<br />three
<br />weeks in the Grand
<br />Island Independent,
<br />a legal newspaper in
<br />said Hall County,
<br />and no
<br />object]
<br />have
<br />been filed thereto,
<br />the Court finds that
<br />said report is true
<br />and correct in all
<br />things
<br />and
<br />that the expenditures shown therein are proper charges in said estate and the report should be
<br />approved.
<br />This matter coming on further to be heard, the court finds that Enno Baumann departed this life
<br />testate at his residence in said Hall County on the 28th day of July, 1936, leaving a last will
<br />.one
<br />in which said Margaretha Baumann is named executrix, which will was filed in this Court on the fist
<br />day of August 1936, accompanied by a petition asking for the allowance and probate thereof and
<br />after due notice published in said Grand Island Independent once a week for three weeks, said
<br />will was accepted and admitted to probate on the 27th day of August, 1936, and that said Margare
<br />Baumann filed her bond and oath of office and entered upon the duties thereof, which will is in
<br />words and figures as follows:
<br />THE LAST WILL OF ENNO BAUMANN
<br />I, Enno Baumann, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, hereby make this my last will hereby
<br />revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />I appoint my beloved wife Margaretha Baumann executrix without bond.
<br />Second. I give to my beloved wife, Margaretha Baumann, all of my household furniture and person
<br />property, to be hers subject to the payment of my debts, funeral expenses, and like charges. In
<br />addition thereto I give her the use of all of my real estate for and during her natural life.
<br />I also empower her to mortgage or to sell said real estate, if she deems fit to do so, and her
<br />circumstances require it, she to be the sole judge of such necessity, and a conveyance executed
<br />by her shall be as full and complete as though it had been executed by me.
<br />If at the death of my wife she has not coryeyed said real estate, then the same shall go to and
<br />descend to my children Therese, George, Lina, Anna and Henry, share and share alike, and the same
<br />is hereby devised to them and their heirs forever. I have made no provisions for my grand - child,
<br />Monice Gray, as I do not known where she now is, and it is not my wish to give. -her anything.
<br />Done at Grand Island,Nebraska, this 9th day of February, 1929.
