<br />Addition to Cairo, Nebraska according to the recorded plot thereof.
<br />The court finds that Allen Lowry is the widower of the deceased; that the deceased has other heirE
<br />at law as follows, to -wit: Clarence Lowry, son, Francis W.Lowry, son, Arthur J.Lowry, son, Ethel
<br />M.Lowry, daughter, Buford Still, grandson, Raymond Still, grandson.
<br />The court finds that the aforementioned persons are the sole and only heirs at law to the estate
<br />of the deceased; that the said Allen Lowry, widower of the deceased, is owner of a homestead in-
<br />terest in the aforementioned real property and as such is entitled to a life estate in the said
<br />property.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the aforesaid real estate decend as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />To Allen Lowry, an estate for life, and in addition thereto an undivided One -Third (1/3) interest
<br />in the remainder.
<br />To Clarence J.Lowry, an undivided Two - Fifteenths (2/15) of the remainder after the said life estate.
<br />To Francis W.Lowry, an undivided Two - Fifteenths (2/15) of the remainder after the said life estate
<br />To Arthur J.Lowry, an undivided Two- Fifteenths (2/15) of the remainder after the said life estate.
<br />To Ethel M.Lowry, an undivided Two - Fifteenths (2/15) of the remainder after the said life estate.
<br />To Buford Still, an undivided One- Fifteenth (1/15) of the remainder after the said life estate.
<br />To Raymond Still, an undivided One- Fifteenth (1/15) of the remainder after the said life estate.

<br />Now on this 23rd day of February, 19371 this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and
<br />the evidence and was submitted to the court on consideration whereof the court finds that more
<br />than two years have elapsed since the death of the said Frank E.Siefken, deceased; that he died
<br />testate, and that the instrument filed herein purporting to be his last will and testament is the
<br />last will and testament of the said Frank E.Siefken, deceased, and that said last -will and testa-
<br />ment has been proven according to law, and that said instrument has not been heretofore offered
<br />for probate in any county of Nebraska, and that the deceased was at the time of his death a resi-
<br />dent of this county.
