<br />in Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />,descended by operation of law to the said Carrie Lee during her lifetime and is now the property
<br />of her estate.
<br />IT-IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the said Grand Island Trust Company,
<br />as Executor of the last Will and Testament of Carrie Lee, deceased, has filed in this court its
<br />;receipt as Executor of said estate, to itself as Administrator of the estate of Wheeler O.Lee, for
<br />"all the personal property derived by it from the estate of Wheeler O.Lee, deceased, and that same
<br />!shall constitute a distribution of said funds, and that the said Grand Island Trust Company, as
<br />,Administrator, is discharged from said trust aryl its bond released.

<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate ) No. 2665
<br />of Almira J.Lowry, Deceased. ) D E C R E E
<br />Now on this 6th day of November, 1936,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of All(
<br />Lowry, administrator of the estate of Almira J.Lowry, deceased. And on consideration thereof the
<br />court finds that Almira J.Lowry; died intestate on April 26, 1936; that petition was filed in this
<br />court on May 20, 1936 for the probate of her estate; that notice of administration was published
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, to- wit: "The Cairo Record ", as appears from the proofs now on file;
<br />that pursuant thereto letters of administration were issued to the said Allen Lowry, on June 12,
<br />1926; that probate notice to creditors was given by publication of same in a legal newspaper pub-
<br />lished in Hall County, Nebraska, towit: "The Cairo Record ", for three successive weeks beginning
<br />June 19, 1936, according to the proofs of publication now on file.
<br />The court finds that no claims have been filed against the said estate, and the court further fin(
<br />that the costs, attorney's fees, and expenses of the deceased's last illness and funeral have beez
<br />paid and that no personal property or money belonging to the deceased has come into the hands of
<br />the said administrator, and that he now has no personal property or money in his hands belonging
<br />to the deceased.
<br />The court further finds that the deceased died siezed of the following real estate, to -wit:
