<br />Now on this 3rd day of February, 1937, at ten o'clock A.M., above matter came on to be heard upon
<br />the petition of Mollie M.Callihan, and it appearing that due notice has been given as ordered by
<br />this Court, and no one has appeared to contest said application, said matter was submitted to the
<br />s Court; and upon consideration of said petition, and of the notice published, and of the files and
<br />records, the Court finds:
<br />1. Generally for the petitioner and that the allegations of said petition are true; that this
<br />Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter, and of the persons interested in said estate.
<br />2. The Court finds that George E.Callihan died intestate on December 21, 1932, a resident and
<br />inhabitant of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, leaving surviving him as his only heirs at law
<br />the persons more particularly hereinafter named.
<br />3. That said deceased died seized of an undivided one -half interest in Lot Ten (10), Block Two (2
<br />Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that said petitioner is the
<br />owner of an undivided one -third interest of the undivided one -half interest in said real estate
<br />of which said deceased died seized; that more than taro years have elapsed since the date of said
<br />deceased's death, and no administrator of said deceased's estate has been appointed in Nebraska,
<br />that the sole and only heirs at law of said deceased, and their degree of kinship, and the right
<br />of descent of said deceased's undivided one -half interest in said real estate are as follows:

<br />all of which is subject to Mollie M.Callihan's homestead interest in said real estate. _
<br />4. That all claims and demands of every nature of all persons claiming to be creditors of said
<br />deceased's estate have been fully settled, satisfied and barred.
<br />It is therefore considered, ordered and decreed that the allegations of said petition are true;
<br />that George E.Callihan died intestate December 21, 1932, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County
<br />Nebraska, seized of an undivided one -half interest in Lot Ten (10), Block Two (2), Evans Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska; that the sole and only heirs at law of said
<br />deceased and the only persons entitled to share in said deceased's interest in said real estate,
<br />their degree of kinship and the right of descent in said real estate are as follows: to -wit:
<br />Mollie M.Callihan, widow of said deceased, Lillian Parkinson, Robert Callihan, Rosser Callihan,
<br />William Callihan, and George Callihan, his children; that said widow Mollie M.Callihan inherited
<br />an undivided one -third interest in said deceased's interest in said real estate; that each of sai
<br />children inherited an undivided two- fifteenths interest in said deceased's interest in said real
<br />estate subject however to the homestead rights therein of the widow Mollie M.Callihan; that more
<br />than two years have elapsed since said deceased's death and no administrator of his said estate
<br />has been appointed in the State of Nebraska and it is further ordered that all claims and demands
<br />of all persons claiming to be creditors of said estate either due or to become due, whether absol
<br />or contingent,are forever barred.
