<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that the time
<br />so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate and not filed
<br />within the time limited by the Court, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or. asserting
<br />any such claim against said estate; the -Court further finds that the Administratrices have paid
<br />the funeral expenses of said estate, all debts against said estate and the costs of these proceed-
<br />ings; that proper distribution has been made df all assets of said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased is not subject to an Inheritance tax unde
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United Staten.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Frank Anthony Patt was possessed of the following real esta
<br />at the . time of his death:
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SaNW}) and the South Half of the North Half of the Nort
<br />Quarter (SJNJNWJ) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twelve (12), North, Range Eleven (11), West
<br />the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, and containing 120 acres;
<br />Fractional Lot Nine (9) in Block Twenty (20) Wall1oh's Addition to the City of Grand Island, and
<br />Fractional Lot Nine (9) in Block Four (4), Bonnier Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />That the said Frank_Anthony Patt left surviving him at the time of his death the following heirs:
<br />Mildred. Furtak, a daughter
<br />Minnie Thode, a daughter
<br />Edyth Lackenmacher, a daughter
<br />Bertha Patt., a daughter
<br />that the real estate hereinabove described passed and descended to said four heirs, to each of
<br />them a one- fourth part, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Edyth Lackenmacher and Bertha Patt, Administrairi ces of the Estate of Frank Anthony Patt, deceased,;
<br />be and the same hereby is in all things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said
<br />Administratrices and that said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administratrices dis-
<br />charged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate,if any such there be,. are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinabove describ
<br />passed and descended to Mildred Furtak, Minnie Thode, Edyth Lackenmacher and Bertha Patt, and to
<br />each of them an undivided one - fourth interest therein, share and share alike, absolutely and in f
