i <br />D <br />I� <br />609 <br />r - <br />(tifieates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said <br />Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand Island, this 19th day of January, 1937. <br />Paul N.Kirk, <br />(SEAL) County Judge. <br />Filed for record this 23 day of January, 1937, at 3.:15 o'clock P.M. <br />Register of Deedt <br />0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0- 0 -0 -0 -1 <br />FINAL DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE : <br />FINAL DECREE <br />OF RALPH RAY HANNA, DECEASED: <br />Now on this 26" day of January, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed <br />herein by Nellie May Hanna, the duly appointed administratrix of the estate of Ralph Ray Hanna, <br />deceased, and upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said <br />estate and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and <br />being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: <br />That Nellie May Hanna filed her petition in this Court on the 30" day of April, 1936 alleging <br />among other things that Ralph Ray Hanna departed this life on the 22nd day of April, 1936, and <br />at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of said County and State and was an <br />owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that upon reading and filing said petition <br />an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of said petitio <br />giving notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice for three successive <br />weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in said <br />) `` <br />County; a -od that said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and as by law required, <br />and Letters of Administration granted to said petitioner upon the filing of her bond in this Court, <br />as required by law. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court <br />for filing claim: 7 against said estate by publication for three successive weeks in the Grand Islan <br />Daily Independent, as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against said estate, not <br />filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and <br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />That said..deceased departed this life leaving surviving him as his heirs at law, and only heirs <br />at law, legatees, devisees, and persons entitled to share in his estate the following, to -wit: <br />Nellie May Hanna, widow, Grand Island,Nebraska, and A.Frank Hanna, a son, Des Moines, Iowa. <br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in said County and State consisting of <br />both personal and real property, said personal property being reduced to cash in the amount of <br />$895.00, and all expended for administration expenses and Court costs, as shown by the final repor <br />filed herein, and that said administratrix expended in addition thereto, the sum of $133.00 for <br />which she makes no claim against said estate, and said real estate being described as: <br />The Westerly Thirty -five (35) feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Eight (S) H.G.Clark's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, said premises being a rectangular piece of ground havi <br />a frontage of Thirty-five (3 ) feet on Eighth Street, and a depth of One hundred thirty -two (132) <br />feet, Grand Island,Hall C oun y, Nebraska. <br />That said Westerly Thirty -five (35) feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Eight (S),H.G.Clark's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, said premises being a rectangular piece of <br />ground having a frontage of Thirty -five (35) feet on Eighth Street, and a depth of One hundred <br />thirty -two (132) feet, Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, <br />did pass and descend at the time of the death of maid deceased to the following named heirs: <br />Nellie May Hanna, widow and A.Frank Hanna, a son, each an undivided one -half interest therein, in <br />1equal shares. <br />V\ <br />
