<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the payment of bequests by said Administrato
<br />with the Will annexed made are hereby approved, and that the said J.L.Cleary, Administrator with
<br />the Will a mexed, be and he hereby is discharged and his bondsmen released,
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to State Inheritance Tax or to Federal Estate Tax.
<br />The Court finds that the said Edward Wackerla departed this life at St.Francis Hospital in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, on April 27, 1936, leaving a last will and testament which was admitted to proba
<br />on the 27th-day of May, 1936.
<br />The Court finds that-the said Edward Wackerla died seized as the owner in fee simple of the follow
<br />ing described real estate to -wit:
<br />The West Sixty feet of Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), of the Original Village of Doniphan, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />That by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said Edward Wackerla, deceased, the
<br />above described real estate was devised to his widow, Lucy Wackerla, for and during the term of he
<br />natural life, the remainder thereof to his sons, John Joseph Wackerla and Emmett Emil Wackerla as
<br />tenants in common, subject only to the life estate provided for said widow.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of said Edward Wackerla, deceased, said real estate did pass and
<br />descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />To his widow, Lucy Wackerla, for and during the term of her natural life, the remainder thereof
<br />to his sons John Joseph Wackerla and Emmett Emil Wackerla as tenants in common, subject only to th
<br />life estate provided for said widow.

<br />I' Rosa Regan, wife of Fred L.Regan, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
