I <br />that be insufficient, I direct that my sons John Joseph Wackerla and Emmett Emil Wackerla be re- <br />quired to advance sufficient to meet any deficiency and that such requiremert be in the nature o <br />a charge against the provisions hereinafter made for my said sons. <br />Second. <br />I give and devise to my beloved wife Lucy Wackerla all of the real estate of which I may die <br />seized for and during the period of her natural life time; the remainder thereof I give and dev <br />absolutely and in fee simple to my sons John Joseph Wackerla and Emmett Emil Wackerla, jointly <br />tenants in common, subject only to the life estate herein provided for my said wife. <br />Third. <br />I give and bequeath to my step -son Thomas Mills the sum of Ten Dollars ($10:00). <br />Fourth. <br />I give and bequeath to my -said wife Lucy Wackerla all of the household furniture and personal <br />effects of which I may die seized, same not to include farm machinery, stock, grain or other <br />personal property which I may have at the time of my death.' <br />Fif th. <br />All the rest, residue and remainder of personal property including cash, notes and the like of <br />which I may die seized, I give and bequeath to my said wife Lucy Wackerla, and my said sons <br />John:Joseph Wackerla and Emmett Emil Wackerla, share and share alike. <br />Sixth. <br />I name, nominate and appoint my said son John Joseph Wackerla, Executor of this my last will and <br />testament. <br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 21" day of March, 1918. <br />Ed.Wackerla <br />We, the undersigned, do hereby certify that the within testator, Edward Wackerla, signed the <br />within instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us; that at the same time, in <br />our presence and hearing and in the presence and hearing of each of us he declared the said in- <br />strument to be his last will and testament; that we, at his request and in his presence and in <br />the presence of each other have set our names hereto as attesting witnesses. <br />Phoebe Berg of Grand Island,lebi <br />J.L.Cleary, of Grand Island, ebi <br />
