<br />To Ethel May Boodry, her heirs and assigns forever..
<br />The 0ourt further finds that neither the said estate, nor the share of any legatee is subject to
<br />any inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that the said executrix has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,
<br />the debts against said estate, the costs of this proceedings, and that the said executrix has
<br />performed all and singular every condition and request contained in the Last Will and Testament
<br />of the said Phillip R.Stradley, deceased, and no money remains in her hands as such executrix and
<br />that the said estate should be closed and the executrix discharged.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of said Ethel
<br />May Boodry, as executrix of said Last Will and Testament of the said Phillip R.Stradley, deceased,
<br />be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and.for her final report, and said estat.e is
<br />hereby settled and closed and the executrix is discharged and her bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Nina E.Filsinger is the
<br />owner in fee simple of
<br />An undivided One -half (-*) interest in the West Half of the West Half (W *W *) of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twenty -seven (27), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that Ethel May Boodry is the owner in fee simple of
<br />An undivided One -half (z) interest in the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Eight (S) and the
<br />East Half (E2) of Section Seventeen (17) all in Township Twenty -one (21) North, Range Forty -nine
<br />(49) West of the 6th P.M. in Morrill County, Nebraska.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the estate of Phillip R.Stradley,
<br />deceased, be closed, the executrix discharged and her bond released.
