<br />PHILLIP R.STRADLEY, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 1st day of December, 1936, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Ethel Vay Boodry, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Phillip R.Stradley, deceased, and
<br />upon her petition for a settlement of said estate for her discharge, and the Court having been
<br />fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons in-
<br />terested in said estate of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said fi6a.l report as
<br />heretofore ordered by the Court; and no one appearing to object to the final report, the Court
<br />examined the same, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony offered in support there
<br />and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that said report is true and correct in
<br />all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that Phillip R.Stradley departed this life testate on the 3rd day of A
<br />1936, and that at the time of his death the said Phillip R.Stradley was a resident and inhabitant
<br />.of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that on the 6th day of April, 1936, George F.Filsinger filed in this Cour'
<br />his duly verified petition praying for the allowance in probate of an instrument proporting to be
<br />the Last Will and Testament of the said Phillip R.Stradley, deceased; that the Court thereupon fig
<br />the 28th day of April, 1936, as the day for making proof of said Last Will and due notice of the
<br />filing of said petition and the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Coin
<br />in the manner provided by law, and on the 28th day of April, 1936, being the date fixed for that
<br />purpose said instrument was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court as and for
<br />the Last Will and Testament of Phillip R.Stradley, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly
<br />issued thereon to the said Ethel May Boodry, the executrix named in said Last Will and Testament
<br />and she duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against the said estate, and the time so
<br />fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there
<br />be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estr
<br />The Court further finds that the said Phillip R.Stradley, deceased, died seized as the owner in
<br />fee simple of,the following described real estate, to -wit;
<br />An undivided One -half (1) interest in the West Half of the West Half (WJWI) of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twenty -seven (27), Township Twelve (12), North, Range Twelve (12),
<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; also
<br />An undivided One -half ( *) interest in the Southeast 4uarter (SEJ) of Section Eight (S) and the
<br />East Half (EJ) of Section Seventeen (17) all in Township Twenty -one (21) North, Range Forty -nine
<br />(49) West of the 6th P.M. in Morrill County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that by tie terms and probate of said last will and testament of the said
<br />Phillip R.Stradley, deceased, the said premises descended in fee simple as follows, to -wit;
<br />An undivided One- half'(J) interest ` in -,,the West Half'of_ the West`Half (WJW). of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEJ)' of Section Twenty -seven (27), Towr.rship Twelve {l2),.North, Range.Twelve (12) West
<br />of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to Nina E.Filsinger, her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />An undivided One -half (2) interest in the Southeast Quarter (BE-1) of Section Eight (S) and the
<br />East Half (E?) of Section Seventeen (17) all in Township Twenty -one (21) North, Range Forty -nine
