<br />I, Phillip R.Stradley of Cairo, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordai
<br />publish and dellare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise, and bequeath to
<br />Ethel May Boodry all my right title and interest in and to the following described property:
<br />All of the South east quarter (SEJ) of section eight (8) and the east one -half of section seven-
<br />teen, Township twenty one, range forty nine (E2 Sec. 17, T 212 R 49), in Morrill County, Nebraska,
<br />to have and to hold in her absolute right.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to Nina E.Filsinger all of my right title and interest in and to the
<br />following described property:
<br />All of my undivided one -half interest in and to the West one- half,(Wi) of the west one -half (W *)
<br />of the south east quarter (SE4) of Section twenty seven (27), Township twelve (12), Range twelve
<br />(12), in Hall County, Nebraska, to have and to hold same in her absolute right.
<br />The-above described property to be the property of the above described Ethel May Boodry and Nina
<br />E.Filsinger, their heirs, executors and administrators. It. being my intention to convey an absolui
<br />and clear to title to the respective heirs named individually.
<br />I also give, devise and bequeath to Ethel May Boodry all personal property owned by me and now
<br />being kept on the land above mentioned in Morrill County, Nebraska.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Ethel May Boodry to be Executor of this, my last Will'and
<br />Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 28th day of August
<br />in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred thirty.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />6th day of April, 1936, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Phillip R
<br />Stradley, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 28th day of April 1936,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Phillip R.Stradley, deceased
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
