<br />Shriner, a son, Joseph D.Shriner, a son, Lottie Gilson, a daughter, Margret Oxford, a daughter
<br />ind Amy Smith, a daughter and her husband John W.Shriner as her heirs at law and her only heirs at
<br />law -; that under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of
<br />the said Malinda Shriner, the real estate herein described passed and descended, upon the death of
<br />the said Malinda Shriner to the said Sarah A.Abel, Edward B.Shriner, Ellen Tatlow, Calvin P.Shrine
<br />Rebecca J.Moll, William S.Shriner, Joseph D.Shriner, Lottie Gilson, Margret Oxford, Amy Smith and
<br />to their respective heirs and assigns forever, and that the same is hereby so awarded; and all deb
<br />of said deceased, and all debts against the estate of said deceased, if any such existed, are for-
<br />ever barred and precluded and further administration of the estate of the said Malinda Shriner,
<br />deceased, is hereby dispensed with, and said estate is forever settled and closed.

<br />NOW on this 20th day of October, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Cather
<br />Rickard, heretofore filed herein, praying for a settlement of the estate of said deceased, a dete
<br />mination of the heirs of said deceased, and decree of kinship gnd the right of decent of her real
<br />ewtate, said petitioner being represented by B.J.Cunningham, her attorney, and it appearing from
<br />the proof on file that due and legal notice of publication in "The Grand Island Independent," a
<br />legal newspaper printed in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks as by law required
<br />and the order of this Court, has been given to all creditors, heirs -at -law and petsons interested
<br />in said estate, of the filing of the petition and the time and place for hearing thereof, and the
<br />being no objections thereto, said cause was duly submitted to the Court on said petition and the
<br />evidence of the petitioner in support thereof, and the Court being duly advised in the premises,
