That on the 20th day of June, 1933, said <br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last <br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Herman O.Mattke, deceased, and the same <br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 20th <br />day of June, 1933• Paul N.Kirk,County Judge <br />Hall County, Nebraska (SEAL) <br />Filed June 20, 1933 <br />Paul N.Kirk, County Judge <br />At said time and place Arnold R.Mattke and Herbert E.Mattke, sons of the deceased, filed an <br />instrument in this Court declining to serve as co- executors and refused to qualif$ as such and <br />requested the said Amelia H.Mattke to act as sole executrix in said estate, and the said Amelia <br />H.Mattke then and there qualfied as such executrix and entered upon the duties of that office. <br />The Court further finds that an order was made and filed fixing a time for the filing of claims <br />herein and that a hearing on claims so filed would be had on the 18th day of October, 1933, and <br />that notice of said order was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper <br />for said Hall County, for three consecutive weeks, the first publication being on the 27th day of <br />June, 1933, and the last publication being on the 11th day of July, 1933• <br />The Court further finds that no claims have been filed in this matter, but finds that all debts, <br />funeral expenses, court costE, attorney's-.'fees--and any other claims against the deceased or his <br />estate, have been fully paid. <br />The Court further finds that according to the provisions of said will, said Amelia H.Mattke, had <br />a life interest in the personal property of the deceased with reversion to the said Herbert E. <br />Mattee and Arnold R.Mattke but that the said Herbert E.Mattke and Arnold R.Mattke have assigned <br />to the said Amelia H.Mattke, all their rights and interest to the chattels and personal property <br />of the deceased and that all personal property listed in the inventory herein, is the property <br />of the said Amelia H.Mattke, subject only to her control and the right of disposition for and <br />during her life time and that any part thereof which may remain at the time of her death, shall <br />
