<br />Edward C.Barrows, deceased. ))
<br />On this 16th day of December, 1936, this cause comes on for hearing at the hour of 10 :00 o'clock
<br />A.M. on the Petition of Truman A.Barrows, and the evidence.
<br />The Court finds that Edward C.Barrows departed this life intestate at his home in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on or about December 41 1904.
<br />The Court further finds that at the time of the death of said Edward C.Barrows he was the owner
<br />in fee of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Nine (9), North, Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of said Edward C.Barrows, and
<br />no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an Administrator of
<br />his estate, either by his heirs or by persons claiming to be creditors of said deceased, or othe
<br />wise, and no County Court in the State of Nebraska, has acquired jurisdiction of his estate for
<br />the administration thereof.
<br />That the heirs and next of kin of said Edward C.Barrows on the date of his death were as follows:
<br />Nancy Thalia Barrows, widow,
<br />Hattie O.Keiry, legal age, daughter
<br />Alfred E.B4rrows, legal age, son
<br />Willard E.Barrows, legal age, son,
<br />Clara L.Coon, legal age, daughter,
<br />Grace H.Barrows, legal age, daughter
<br />Charles J.Barrows, legal age, son
<br />Truman A.Barrows, (petitioner) legal age, son
<br />That said deceased left no other child or children, nor the child or children of any deceased
<br />child him surviving.
<br />That said deceased left no debt, claims or charges of any kind or nature outstanding against his
<br />estate, and no inheritance or estate tax due, and that upon the death of said Edward C.Barrows,
<br />the above described real estate descended to his legal heirs at law as above designated, to his
<br />said widow her dower and homestead rights therein, and to his said children the fee title thereof
<br />subject to the rights of said widow, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Edward C.Barrows died intestate
<br />as set forth in the findings above; that petitioner Truman A.Barrows, is a son of said deceased
<br />and entitled to -bring this proceeding; that there are no creditors of said estate and no inheritar
<br />or estate tax due and that all future claims are hereby forever barred; that more than two years
<br />have elapsed since the date of the death of said Edward C.Barrows.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the sole heirs at law and next of kin of said
<br />Edward C.Barrows at the time of his death were as follows:
<br />Nancy Thalia Barrows, widow,
<br />Hattie O.Keiry, legal age, daughter,
<br />Alfred E.Barrows, legal age, son
<br />Willard E.Barrows, legal age, son,
<br />Clara L.Coon, legal age, daughter,
<br />Grace H.Barrows, legal age, daughter
<br />Charles J.Barrows, legal age, son,
<br />Truman A.Barrows, (petitioner) legal age, son
<br />And as such heirs inherited the above described real estate to -wit:
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Twenty four (24), Township Nine (9), North, Rangw Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, governing the descent of real property on
<br />the date of the death of said deceased, all as set out in the findings above.
