<br />benefit of said Maria Blume or life estate in her favor, terminated and ceased at the time of her

<br />death and were of no force or effect at the time of the death of said Henry L.Blume.
<br />The Court further finds that an order was made and filed fixing a time for the filing of claims
<br />herein and that a hearing on claims so filed would be had on the 14th day of October, 1932, and
<br />that notice of said order was published in The Grand Island Herald, a newspaper printed and in
<br />eirdulation in said Hall County, for three consecutive weeks, the first publication being on the
<br />21st day of June, 1932, and the last publication on the 5th day of July, 1932.
<br />The Court further finds that no claims have been filed in this estate but all debts, funeral ex-
<br />t
<br />pensee, court coats, attorneys fees and any other claims against the deceased or his estate have
<br />been full- paid.
<br />The Court further finds that Emma Blume, legatee named in paragraph 3 in said will is now marries
<br />and is known as Emma Blume Niemoth, and that she has acknowledged receipt in writing of $3,000-00,
<br />the legacy given her in said paragraph 3, and that said legacy has been satisfied and is no longer
<br />a lien upon any of the premises described in said will.
<br />The Court further finds that Maria Vogel, legatee named in paragraph 3 in said will, has acknowe_,-
<br />ledged receipt in writing of $1,000.00, the legacy given her in said paragraph 3, and that said
<br />legacy has been satisfied and is no longer a lien upon any of the premises described in said will,
<br />The Court further finds that the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W *NEJ) of Section One (1),
<br />Township Twelve (12),,North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th F.M. and the East Half of the South-
<br />west Quarter (EJSWJ) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West
<br />of the 6th P.M. under the terms of said will, were devised and did descend to John Blume, free and
<br />clear of all claims of any of the persons named in said will or any of the heirs at law of said
<br />deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not liable for any estate or inheritance taxes under
<br />the laws of the United States nor for any heir, legatee or devisee,-subject to inheritance taxes
<br />I under the laws of the State of Nebraska.

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of said executor be taken as his
<br />a
<br />final report, that he be relieved from further acting as executor herein and that his bond be
<br />released from further liability;

<br />That the life estate given to Maria Blume had been terminated in that she predeceased the testa
<br />herein and that her heirs -at -law, as such heirs, have no interest in the premises involved in tl
<br />t
<br />matter;
<br />That the legacies provided for in said will have been satisfied and the premises released from

<br />claims of said legatees or any of them;
<br />That everything that should have been done has been done and that this estate is hereby closed
<br />and final decree entered as provided by law.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HENRY L.BLUME, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign-certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and Certificate of
<br />Probate thereof is made a part of the Final Decree.
