579 <br />west quarter (EJSWI) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9),West <br />of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the life estate in favor of my wife, as <br />hereinbefore provided, and subject to a charge of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars which charge is <br />to be a lien on said real estate, from and after the death of the survivor of myself and wife, to <br />have and to hold said real estate to him and his heirs forever, <br />3. The charge of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars against the real estate herein devised to my <br />son, John Blume, is to be paid by said John Blume to my daughter Emma Blume and my stepdaughter <br />Maria Vogel, as follows: <br />To Emma Blume, the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars and to Maria Vogel, the sum of One <br />Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, and I direct that said sums be paid within one year after the death <br />of the survivor of myself and wife, and-if said sums have not been paid at the end of one year, <br />then it is my will that they shall draw interest at the rate of 4% per annum from the date, one <br />year after my death until they are paid. <br />4. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every kind and nature, I give, devise <br />and bequeath unto my said son, John Blume, to have and to hold to him and his heirs forever, and <br />�I expressly direct that my said son, John Blume, shall pay all of my just debts and expenses of <br />probating my estate out of the property herein devised and bequeathed to him and that my daughter <br />Emma Blume and Maria Vogel shall receive in full the sums herein bequeathed to them and that no <br />deduction shall be made from said.sume on account of ary debts or expenses. <br />5.
